DEPUTY MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience overseeing all Quality Control functions.
QUALIFICATION
B.E/B-Tech or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise raw materials, finished product testing, and in-process inspections.
Liaison with Production promptly on non-conformance, facilitate defect removal and tag non-conforming productsfor rework.
Oversee testing of medium voltage cables (high voltage and partial discharge).
Ensure all cables in the finished store meet relevant standards.
Develop and monitor remedial action plans for non-conforming products, including post-action inspections.
Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to generate corrective action plans for production.
Organize customer inspections and ensure all testing equipment’s are functionaland calibrated.
Inspect supplier raw materials, conduct factory visits, address customer complaints, maintain a library of standard specifications, and provide training to quality control officers and trainees.

SENIOR DEPUTY MANAGER SALES
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of experience in projects sales
QUALIFICATION
BBA or MBA from an HEC recognized university

Manage B2B sales for Projects segment and lead the regional team to achieve business goals.
Manage annual estimates, strategies budget for Central I to optimize financial planning.
Drive business development by approaching prospective customers and customer retention efforts.
Contribute to company-wide annual targets and departmental KPIs by executing strategies and action plans.
Handle inquiries, ensure timely quotation submissions, and cultivate robust relationships with key consultants, contractors, direct customers, and other end users.
Monitor and control credit with timely payment follow-up.
Ensure compliance with ISO documentation, certification, and Company SOPs.
