Alum-Ex: Features & Benefits
|
 |
|
| |
| |
Alum-Ex
sections are scratch free and corrosion resistant because
the anodic coating is entrapped to prevent atmospheric
contact with dust, humidity or water. |
| |
Alum-Ex
sections are durable because they are extruded from
prime quality aluminum alloy AA6063 billets (the right
grade for architectural products exclusively). These
sections are heat treated at high temperature to give
the right degree of strength against pressures. |
| |
Alum-Ex
sections, whether anodized or powder coated, are consistently
uniform in colour and have a smooth finish due to state-of-the-art
equipment, our choice of high quality materials &
chemicals and modern treatment techniques. |
| |
All Alum-Ex
sections have requisite anodizing thickness (minimum
18 microns) and undergo proper hot sealing. This allows
our sections to retain colour over a longer period of
time in comparison to other, lower quality sections
available in the market. |
